October 16, 2025: Classify for Outlook release 12.1.107 is now shipping.


Software maintenance and technical support are provided for 12 months after purchase at no additional cost.  After 12 months, support can optionally be renewed at 10% of the current licence cost for an additional 12 month period.  Support does not automatically renew.

Technical support provides advice on configuring and installing Classify for Outlook.  It includes bug fixes and access to software updates to Classify for Outlook released by Mark Wilson Software Ltd. during the specified support period. Some bug fixes may require modifications to Microsoft Office and as such will require the cooperation of Microsoft. In those cases, the customer may be asked to solicit Microsoft assistance in fixing the issue.  Support is provided via e-mail (support@markwilson.ca) and does not include on-site support at the customer premises.  Support does not include adding new features to the product, or customizing the code for a customer specific requirement.  Standard business hours for technical support are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 Eastern Time.  Initial response to a support request is within 24 hours.

When reporting a problem, please include your Customer ID.

To access your Customer ID select About when the classification selection list is displayed or select File->Classify-About.
