Licence Agreement and Warranty Disclaimer
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Use of this software indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them, do not use the software.
The program distributed with this licence agreement is a proprietary product of Mark Wilson Software Ltd. and is protected by Copyright Law.
Licence
- This program is licensed on a per-device basis.
- The licence belongs to the purchaser and cannot be subdivided, sold, leased, rented, given, or transferred to a third party without written authorization from Mark Wilson Software Ltd.
- Multiple users sharing a single-user workstation require only one user licence.
- If using this program in a Windows Terminal Services type of environment, a licence will be required for each connected client.
- You may copy the program into any computer-readable or printed form for backup purposes in support of your use of the program on a single computer.
- You will need to register and pay applicable licence fees for each copy of Classify for which you intend to obtain full access and use privileges. Instructions for registering and obtaining a licence registration key, or for increasing the number of registered users on this licence agreement are available by contacting sales@markwilson.ca via e-mail.
Term and Termination
This licence agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying all copies of the software and documentation. It will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this licence agreement. You agree upon such termination to destroy all copies of the software and documentation.
Governing Law
The laws of the province of Ontario, Canada will govern this agreement.
Warranty Disclaimer
This software product is sold “as is” and without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow for the exclusion of implied warranties so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
Proper classification of electronic mail is the sole responsibility of the person transmitting the message. In no event will Mark Wilson Software Ltd. be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, to you or any other person for any damages including incidental or consequential damages, expenses, attorney’s fees, lost profits, lost savings, or other damages arising out of the use or inability to use this program.
